Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may apply to products purchased on our platform. The charges are determined based on factors such as delivery location, product weight, and additional logistics considerations. These charges are separate from the product price displayed on our website and may vary without prior notice. The exact shipping cost will be communicated during checkout before finalizing your order.

Single Destination Orders
Each order will be shipped to a single destination address. For deliveries to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

Shipping Locations

We ship across India, directly from our warehouse and trusted partner facilities. We strive to dispatch orders within 5 to 10 business days after payment confirmation. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, etc.).

Delivery Timing
The standard delivery window is between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Orders are not processed for shipment on public holidays.

Delayed or Returned Deliveries
If a delivery is delayed or returned due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, any additional redelivery costs will be borne by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping details at the time of order placement. 

Damaged or Tampered Packaging
If you receive a package that appears tampered with, damaged, or opened, please refuse the delivery at the time of receipt. Contact us immediately at tasteory@gmail.com, providing the order reference number and other relevant details. We will resolve the matter within 24 to 48 hours. If you accept a damaged package, kindly contact us post-delivery to initiate a review process.

Returns & Exchanges
In line with updated consumer protection laws for 2025, customers have the right to return or exchange products in case of defects or incorrect orders. Please review our return policy for more information.
