No Refunds or Exchanges
Because all of our products are perishable (including freeze-dried fruits, vegetables, and herbal powders), we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed. This is to ensure the freshness and integrity of our products, which are sensitive to temperature, humidity, and handling.

If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
• Order Verification: Before completing your order, please double-check all the details including the items, quantities, and shipping address. Since we do not accept returns or exchanges, it’s essential that your order is correct when it’s placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or a credit for the damaged product, depending on availability.

- Perishable Nature of Products: As mentioned, all of our products are perishable and cannot be resold once returned, which is why we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage during shipping or errors in fulfillment.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. If you are returning a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the shipping cost for the return.
